On January 2, 2018 the Lord called our Daddy, Herbert Cleo Lowery, Home to be with Him. He was born April 5, 1928 to W.L. and Nettie Lowery in Nacogdoches County, Texas. He was a U.S. Army veteran and served in the Korean War. He retired from the oil field business where he worked most of his life. He always had sweet treats for his grandchildren. He was an avid reader. He loved Louis Lamour novels and the writings of Max Lucado. He attended Stallings Drive Church of Christ.

He is preceded in death by his parents, brother Dub Lowery, sister Betty Jo Lowery, and wives Georgia Louise Powdrill and Nancy Clifton.

We are rejoicing that our Daddy is safely in the arms of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
