One of the great ones passed away in Coldspring, Texas, on Thursday, March 26, 2015, at the age of 63.

A legend in the cable world, he was one of the greatest men to ever live. The impact that he has made on everyone he met will be remembered for generations.

Willie was born on April 14, 1951 in Cordell, Oklahoma, to Paul and Ruth Martin. He grew up in the Cloud Chief area, graduating from Cordell High School in 1969.

Willie was born on April 14, 1951 in Cordell, Oklahoma, to Paul and Ruth Martin. He grew up in the Cloud Chief area, graduating from Cordell High School in 1969.

He is survived by his wife, Cindy; daughter, Michelle Heflin and husband Tommy; daughter, Desiree Martin; son Joshua Martin and wife Kerri; son Jake Martin; grandchildren, Cierra Heflin, Sarah Heflin and Aubrey Heflin; Michael Williams Jr., Alexandra Williams and Avianna Zamarron; Jillian Martin, Katy Martin and Kamden Martin; sister, Margaret White; and numerous relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Paul Martin; mother, Ruth Robinson; stepmom, Dortha Martin; and brother, Paulee R. Martin.

He was a loving husband, dad, poppy, brother, uncle, mentor, firm voice, and a great hug.

Services are set for 3:00 p.m. Sunday, March 29, 2015, at Cason Monk-Metcalf Sunset Chapel with Joshua Martin officating. Interment will follow at Rock Springs Cemetery, located on FM 698 in Nacogdoches County, Texas.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Saturday, March 28, 2015, at Cason Monk-Metcalf Sunset Chapel.

Services are under the direction of Cason Monk-Metcalf Funeral Directors, located at 5400 North Street in Nacogdoches, Texas.
